Terms of Service
Acceptance
Full or partial payment is an acceptance of my Terms of Service. Please read my Terms of Service and contact me if you have any questions!
Design and Detail is not responsible for web site sales. Your are responsible for maintaining your products and services.
Charges
Custom designs require a 50% non refundable deposit to be added to my schedule. You must provide me with a detailed design plan. The remainding balance is due on or before the design start date.
Extras and hourly fees must be paid prior to any work being done.
Copyright
Design and Detail retains all copyright privileges on images and designs. You, the client, own the copyright to your web site content. Designs made using an outside source for images are subject to copyright laws by that particular artist and they retain all copyright to the images. Design and Detail copyright notice and link must remain intact at the bottom of your web site design. To remove the link there is a $100.00 fee and the link from Design and Detail to your site will be removed. Web site designs or graphics may not be resold. Digital products are not refundable. Design and Detail reserves the right to display or not to display a thumbnail of your completed web site in our portfolio. Design and Detail is a family run business so "family friendly" web sites only.
Usage
Template and graphic elements may not be modified in any way. Template, template code and graphic elements are to be used for your website only. Graphics are web size images and will not upsize for larger projects like signs or banners. Image files are merged .jpg, .gif or .png files. I do not include any unmerged files of my designs. They may not be used by you to create Etsy stores, eBay Storefront, Auction or About Me pages, Twitter, blog or business promotion related materials. These items may be purchased on my Extras page. If you need something that's not listed please contact me for a price quote.
Services
My templates are coded to work the CMS systems at Eco Chic, Merchant Moms, DIY eStores, PappaShop, Create A Shoppe Plus, LBT, Little Fish, Easy Boutique Builder, Shoppe Pro and WahmShoppes hosting. I do not install designs at any other hosting companies. If you decide to purchase one of my designs and you are with another hosting company your order will be delivered via zip file with the graphics and HTML. You will be responsible installing the design at your hosting company.
Design and Detail and your hosting company are separate and independently owned businesses. Design and Detail is not responsible for web hosting or support for CMS software. Please use their support ticket system if you have any questions about your hosting package or store adminstration area.
Termination of Services
Should you need to terminate our services no refunds will be issued. |
